Trump Family's World Liberty Token Valued Over $30 Billion

World Liberty Financial, a decentralized finance initiative supported by the Trump family, has announced the portion of its 100 billion tokens that will be available for trading at launch. The WLFI token debuted on major exchanges, including Binance, with trading pairs WLFI/USDT and WLFI/USDC, starting September 1 at 1 p.m. UTC. Currently, WLFI trades at over $0.30, giving it a fully diluted valuation of over $30 billion. At launch, 24.67 billion WLFI tokens—around 24.67% of the total supply—will be circulating. This includes an ecosystem allocation of 10 billion tokens to World Liberty Financial, Inc., and 7 billion tokens allocated to Alt5 Sigma Corporation as part of its treasury strategy. Furthermore, 2.8 billion tokens are designated for liquidity and marketing efforts. Importantly, some early investors can unlock 20% of their WLFI purchases from earlier funding rounds, which translates to approximately 4 billion tokens available through the Lockbox process. The rest of the supply is non-circulating at launch and consists of tokens allocated to the Treasury, Team, locked public sale portions, and strategic partners. Before the official launch, derivative trading saw a significant uptick, with a 400% increase in WLFI perpetual volume reported. If the token maintains its price post-launch, its fully diluted valuation will align with notable digital assets like Sui, Dogecoin, and Tron. World Liberty Financial aims to integrate traditional financial products with blockchain technology and is publicly endorsed by Donald Trump and his sons. The protocol operates primarily on Ethereum and leverages Aave V3 for its lending and borrowing functionalities. Additionally, the project has introduced the USD1 stablecoin on Solana, expanding its reach further into the crypto ecosystem.
