On Thursday, U.S. spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs saw a record net inflow of $1.05 billion, marking the highest daily inflow since January. This spike coincided with Bitcoin reaching a new all-time high and Ethereum seeing its best performance in months. Bitcoin ETFs accumulated $934.8 million, primarily led by BlackRock's IBIT with $877.2 million. Fidelity's FBTC and Ark Invest's ARKB also contributed inflows, while other funds saw no change. BlackRock's IBIT became one of the top five ETFs by year-to-date inflows, totaling over $7.7 billion since April. Ethereum ETFs recorded $110.5 million in net inflows, their largest since February. Grayscale's ETHE and Fidelity's FETH were major contributors. The five-day positive trend for Ethereum ETFs now totals $211.8 million. According to analysts, strong ETF inflows suggest a driving market momentum, with contributing factors being a "risk-on" environment and large-scale corporate purchases. Bitcoin briefly reached $112,000, surging 7% over the past week, while Ethereum rebounded by 91% to $2,668. Despite the upward trends, analysts caution against potential weekend volatility and emphasize room for further gains without excessive market euphoria. ETH and SOL's recent performance also indicates rising interest in altcoins amid retail investors shifting focus from BTC.
